Advocate for the user. Always.

I share the belief that design is as much about behavior and emotion as it is about utility and ease of use.

USER EXPERIENCE (UX). As an experience designer, I focus on how the end-to-end experience flows for each user scenario. A given design problem has no single right answer, so I explore different approaches to solving a user problem one logical step at a time.

It's my goal to emotionally engage the user with moments of delight and ease - while eliminating stumbling blocks. I continue to refine and iterate until we create the best user experience.

I spent 3 years working alongside the award-winning XD team at Intuit, where I studied the Design for Delight methodology and learned what it means to be an Innovation Catalyst.
